Q. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Answer: No, you do not have to create an account to place an order. It is optional. However, creating an account allows for a quick check out process. It also gives you the ability to receive updates, announcements of new products, and promotions.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. We also accept payments via PayPal.
Q. Is my information secure?
Answer: Yes, all information is secured on a SSL secure web page. Payment information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network where your transaction is authorized and approved.
Q. Do you customize orders?
Answer: Custom order requests are accepted but not guaranteed to be fulfilled. We reserve the right to not accept custom order requests. Please contact us at customrequest@sistahjournal.com for your custom order.
Q. Do you accept group orders?
Answer: Yes, group orders are accepted. Please email customerservice@sistahjournal.com for your request.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: All orders are fulfilled at the time received. Due to items being handcrafted, please allow 5-7 days for products to be shipped.
